Services

Three things, done properly

We deliberately do not offer everything. These are the areas we are genuinely good at, and they cover most of what a growing product needs.

Web application development

Custom web applications built on React, Next.js and TypeScript — architected for speed, search visibility and the traffic you expect in year three.

  • Next.js
  • TypeScript

Mobile app development

Cross-platform iOS and Android apps built with React Native and Flutter, plus native modules wherever the experience demands it.

  • React Native
  • Expo
  • Flutter

UI/UX design

Research, wireframes, high-fidelity design and production-ready design systems — handed over in a state engineers can implement without guesswork.

Why ByteCrux

A small team that behaves like one

No account layer between you and the people doing the work. You talk to the engineer and the designer directly, every week.
  • Designers and engineers on one team

The person drawing the screen sits beside the person building it. Nothing gets designed that cannot be built, and nothing gets built that was never designed.

  • Fixed scope, honest estimates

We would rather lose a pitch than win it on a number we cannot hold. Estimates come after discovery, in writing, with the assumptions spelled out.

  • You own everything

Code in your Git organisation, infrastructure in your cloud accounts, design files in your Figma. No lock-in, no licence, no hostage situation.

  • Performance is a requirement

Core Web Vitals, bundle budgets and accessibility checks run in CI. A slow page is treated as a bug, not a trade-off to discuss later.

Process

How an engagement runs

Predictable, transparent, and short enough that you always know what happens next.
  1. 01

    Discover

We map the problem, the users and the constraints, then write down what success actually looks like.

  2. 02

    Design

Flows, wireframes and high-fidelity screens — every state drawn, contrast checked, prototype clickable.

  3. 03

    Build

Two-week increments with working software at the end of each. You review real builds, not status decks.

  4. 04

    Launch & support

Deployment, monitoring, store submission and a documented handover. Then we keep it healthy if you want us to.

FAQ

Questions before you get in touch

If your question is not here, ask it directly — we answer email quickly.

What does ByteCrux do?

ByteCrux is an IT services company based in Ahmedabad. We build custom web applications, iOS and Android mobile apps, and we design the interfaces that go on top of them. Most clients engage us for a mix of all three.

Where are you located?

Our team is in Ahmedabad, Gujarat. We work with clients across India as well as in the US, UK, UAE and Australia, and we are comfortable operating fully remotely with overlapping hours.

How do projects usually start?

With a free 30-minute call. We talk through the problem, the constraints and the deadline. If it looks like a fit, we follow up with a written scope, a timeline and a fixed estimate. There is no obligation attached to the call.

Do you work with startups or only established companies?

Both. Roughly half our work is early-stage MVPs where the priority is validating an idea quickly, and the other half is established businesses replacing internal systems or modernising an ageing product.

What happens after the project launches?

You own everything — code, repositories, cloud accounts and design files. Many clients continue with a monthly support retainer covering maintenance, monitoring and a block of development hours, but it is entirely optional.

Have a project in mind?

Tell us what you are trying to build. You will get a straight answer on scope, timeline and cost — usually within one working day.
